So I'm not gonna tell you generic tips that to use video keywords, tag etc.
Everyone know this but we gonna talk about latest SEO tips for YouTube and really work to rank your video.

Ok so let's see one by one how to rank YouTube.

1] Optimize the video title -

Video title play an important role to rank your YouTube videos so it is very important that you optimize your video title.
Your video title must contain the keywords where you want to rank your video. And if you use keywords in starting then it's help more to rank your YouTube video rather than using at last.

Let's see an example if you want to rank a video on keyword "on page SEO" then.

Rather than choosing title as "9 best techniques for on page SEO" include your keyword before and make title like this.
"On page SEO - 9 best tips for on page SEO experts that rank you number #1"
So remember always use your keyword at beginning of your title and if possible repeat the keywords twice in title as given in above example.

2] Video engagement signal - 

Major ranking factor for YouTube people engagement. It can be like, comment, share, subscribe or may be dislike but always try that people should engage with your video and perform a action while watching or after watching.

Comments are co related with ranking more than any other option so always try that people comment on your video. So use call to action sentence to convenience people comment on your video you may seen many time the great Youtuber always ask to comment their questions or suggestions but for beginners I suggest to ask a simple question which is related with your video this gives a reason to people for comment their answer.

3] Video tags -

Most of people don't how to use tag section to rank YouTube video but tags are on of the most important part for ranking.. 
So don't confuse YouTube by choosing random topic of tags, choose only topic which is related to your video.

4] Long description - 

Description is also a best part to rank YouTube video most of people don't use to write description, description is part where YouTube can understand the content of your video so try to describe your video into description and as well as social media link that if anyone like to follow you, they can.
Try to write description 100 to 200 words but not explain the content of your video just give hint that they need to watch the video.

5] come to suggestion -

For any ranking factor suggestion video is one of the most important to rank or to get more views the easiest way to come in suggestion of any video is to have similar tags if your video have similar tags to other then YouTube will understand the both videos are of same topic and show your video in suggestion of others video so to do this you can use chrome extension like vidIQ, tube Buddy etc. That shows you the tag if other video copy some tag exact same to others and always remember do not use excess tag or tag out of topic so try to use maximum 15 tag or less than 15.
